pleasant stay

comfortable room excellent food services engaging atmosphere enthusiastic team
i found the hotel to be a very good value. the room was comfortable, and the food services were excellent. the animation team provided a great time with karaoke nights and activities. i appreciated zahra's enthusiasm in getting everyone involved in dances and games. i really enjoyed the fun and engaging atmosphere created by the team.
the tea and coffee at breakfast could be improved, though it was still adequate.

a decent experience

spacious room sea view buffet breakfast inefficient elevators long waiting duplicate channel
the room was spacious and included a balcony. it also offered a sea view. buffet breakfast provided many choices. the options were superb.
the elevators operated inefficiently. waiting times were long. the tv in the room offered few channels. i found many were duplicates or not functioning.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff excellent staff superb job
i stayed for several nights and found the staff super friendly and helpful. reception staff, including ibtissam, mahfoude, and abdallah, were excellent! mina, the cleaning lady, did a superb job and kept everything super clean.
The gym seemed a little neglected. It could use some updating and maintenance.

The rooms are renovated and very clean! my room had a wonderful sea view. It was amazing. the housekeeper, quaffim, was great.

the breakfast was amazing!!! there was a huge variety of tasty food available. i especially enjoyed the freshly made fried and scrambled eggs, along with different types of pancakes, such a treat every morning.

mixed stay, some issues

rude staff building work
the location was acceptable, a short walk from the beach and restaurants.
The reception staff proved unhelpful and rather rude. it took two hours to check in. The reception staff seemed inefficient. building work created constant drilling and hammering for ten hours daily, ruining a peaceful holiday.
